Operating principles
Choose routes based on how you plan to use them: prioritize connection stability for everyday access, and consider the exit region and service support when using AI tools or streaming services. If connection issues occur, first check the client status and subscription renewal, then switch to another route in the same region and verify the exit result. If the issue continues, submit a ticket through the user panel so the connection environment, route, and reproduction steps can be reviewed one by one.
Privacy position
GreenVPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing content. Account and service operations collect only the information needed to deliver subscriptions, maintain connections, and handle support tickets, while keeping retained data to a minimum.
