During registration, GreenVPN processes the username and password verification data needed for authentication, maintaining login sessions, and protecting account activity. Please do not include other personal information in your username.
When you purchase or manage a subscription, the system stores order records, including the selected item, amount due, payment status, creation time, and identifiers related to order processing. This information is used to activate the service, verify payment results, handle refund requests, resolve order disputes, and maintain subscription status.
The website also processes basic analytics, such as page views, referring pages, browser type, device category, and interaction events, to check whether pages work properly, improve content structure, and understand how feature entry points are used. Security measures may process network addresses, request times, and patterns of unusual requests to identify abuse, automated attacks, and service failures.
