By visiting this website, creating an account, paying subscription fees, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, stop using the service.
Service Scope and Applicability
GreenVPN provides network acceleration subscriptions covering 90+ markets / 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Routes may improve cross-border access, access to international websites, and connections to supported online services. The regions, exit routes, and client features available in practice may vary with network conditions, platform permissions, route maintenance, and service changes.
The service provides connectivity and subscription configuration; it does not control any third-party website, application, content platform, or account system. Regional rules, content catalogs, access policies, and account status for third-party services are determined by their respective operators. GreenVPN does not guarantee that specific content or features will be accessible at all times, in all regions, or through every route.
Accounts, Subscriptions, and Payment Rules
No email address is required; users can create an account with a username and password. Users must protect their account credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and other activity under their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, change the password promptly and check the account status.
Subscriptions support Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading partway through a cycle, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. The pricing, included traffic, and current plan details shown on the plan page and user panel prevail.
There is no device limit, but this arrangement is intended for the subscriber's reasonable personal use. Users must not publicly share account credentials or subscription details, resell or rent subscriptions, distribute them in bulk, or provide shared access to unspecified third parties. Account risks, traffic usage, and service interruptions caused by public sharing or resale are the responsibility of the relevant account users.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of any region involved in their activities, as well as the usage rules of third-party services they access. GreenVPN must not be used for unlawful activities, unauthorized system access, malicious scanning, network attacks, fraud, intellectual property infringement, distribution of illegal content, or other conduct that harms networks or third-party rights.
Users must not interfere with the normal operation of routes, nodes, authentication systems, or the user panel. They must not attempt to evade subscription billing, copy service configurations for commercial distribution, or continuously consume service resources through automation in a way that affects other users' normal connections.
Service Availability and Liability
GreenVPN may adjust nodes and connection configurations based on route status, maintenance needs, and platform changes. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected network failures, carrier routing changes, device or system restrictions, third-party platform policy changes, and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause slower connections, route changes, or temporary unavailability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is delivered as actually available. GreenVPN makes no promise regarding the accuracy, continuity, or accessibility of third-party content and is not responsible for losses caused by user device configuration, third-party account actions, local network conditions, or unlawful use. These terms do not exclude consumer rights or statutory liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Refunds, Restrictions, and Account Termination
The refund promise allows refunds within 14 days, with a full refund if the first payment does not meet expectations. To request a refund, users must submit an application through the user panel within the applicable period. Refund processing is based on the initial payment record and account order status; a completed refund will also affect continued use of the related subscription.
If an account violates these terms, involves unlawful use, resells or publicly shares a subscription, or interferes with service operation, GreenVPN may restrict related connections, suspend the service, or terminate the account according to the level of risk. Measures taken to address security risks or compliance requirements may not be announced in advance. Account termination does not affect responsibilities arising before termination or provisions that must remain effective by law.
Changes to These Terms and Continued Use
GreenVPN may update these terms as needed based on service content, operating rules, legal requirements, or risk management. Updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be changed. Important changes concerning subscription use, refunds, or user responsibilities will be presented clearly.
Continuing to use the service after the terms are updated means that you accept the revised content. If you disagree with a change, stop using the service and submit an applicable request under the refund promise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
