Route selection
Choose routes by region, purpose, and link type
At night, repeated speed tests alone rarely show whether a route is suitable for long-term connections. A better approach is to identify the destination service’s region first, then compare the path characteristics of IEPL, relay, and direct routes. GreenVPN offers 90+ markets and 200+ routes to choose from. Keep frequently used regions as stable entry points and use others for occasional access to reduce session interruptions caused by frequent switching.
When a webpage opens normally but video loads slowly, first check whether the exit region matches the content region, then try another route in the same region. Route switching should stay practical rather than relying on one route for every situation.
Privacy policy
Clear boundaries for connection-data handling
GreenVPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing content. The account system requires only a username and password, with no email address required, limiting the information submitted during setup. Payments support Alipay, WeChat, and USDT, so users can choose the channel that fits their routine.
A privacy policy does not replace basic device security. System updates, browser-extension permissions, account-password management, and client sources matter too. Get subscription details and client access only from the user panel after signing in, and review authorized system network permissions regularly.
Device management
Unlimited devices, managed by total usage
The subscription supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with no device limit. Desktop devices can handle research and file transfers, while mobile devices can manage message syncing and occasional access, without maintaining separate accounts for each device. All devices share the traffic in the selected plan, so choose a tier based on total usage.
With many devices, use clear client names for frequently used endpoints and remove imported configurations that are no longer needed. When a connection fails, verify the route on one device first, then restore other devices step by step. This makes it easier to distinguish subscription, system-permission, and local-network issues.
AI Tools
Choose a stable exit for ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini
AI tools often assess requests using exit region, session status, and account environment. Switching regions frequently during a connection may trigger repeated sign-ins or verification. A more reliable approach is to choose one available region for each frequently used tool, keep the exit consistent during the same work session, and avoid changing browser sessions and client routes at the same time.
GreenVPN routes can be selected separately for each target tool. If a page opens but requests continue to fail, check the account’s available regions, browser cache, system time, and exit location in order instead of attributing the issue only to connection speed.
Streaming
Regional matching matters more than a single speed reading
Whether streaming plays normally depends first on matching the exit region to the content region, and only then on sustained transfer performance. The route preview clearly marks routes suitable for streaming, making selection easier before playback starts. Keeping the same exit during playback can reduce repeated regional checks and quality changes.
If the content region on the home page has not changed, fully close the relevant app, disconnect the old route, reconnect, and reopen the app. Platforms refresh cache and regional information differently; rapidly switching between multiple regions usually does not improve the success rate.
Subscription rules
Test your usual scenarios before deciding whether to continue
If the experience does not meet expectations after the first payment, a full refund can be requested within 14 days. During the refund period, test imports on your usual devices and check everyday websites, AI tools, streaming, and work-network environments. Test the places and times you actually use, rather than relying on a single connection result.
Monthly-plan traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Traffic bundles remain available until used and never expire, making them suitable for irregular usage and flexible consumption.
